Products are warehoused in London, Ontario Canada. This means they are available to ship immediately or be picked up from our London Office by appointment. (Personalized products require additional time for printing or engraving your individual order.)
Shipping by Canada Post is fast, efficient and guaranteed. Pick-up from our London Office is also available to save on shipping costs. SHIPPING TIME TO MOST CANADIAN DESTINATIONS IS 1 to 6 BUSINESS DAYS by Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Purolator. Standard delivery time for ORDERS SHIPPING TO USA DESTINATIONS IS APPROXIMATELY 10 to 15 business days.

We are Canadian so ALL prices are in Canadian Dollars. There are no Customs Fees or Duty to pay on our products and no exorbitant shipping fees to pay.

Our Website Store is available 24 hours a day for your shopping enjoyment and email replies will be sent out during our regular office hours. If you are in the London area and would like to save shipping costs, you may pick your purchases up from our office Monday through Friday between 11:00 am. and 6:00 p.m. by making an appointment. NOTE: We are CLOSED WEEKENDS.
PRICES are in Canadian dollars and our best prices apply to any purchase whether you are ordering 1 or 501 items.
TAXES are set by the Canadian Government based on the destination to which your parcel ships. HST or GST will apply as follows.

Orders shipped to USA or other countries are not charged any Canadian Taxes.
METHODS OF PAYMENT - Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque, Money Order are accepted methods of payment. Please note we no longer accept personal cheques. If you are picking up your order from our office, Interac or Cash payments are also accepted.
RETURN POLICY - If you are wishing to return a product, we request that it be unused in original undamaged packaging and returned within 30 days of your receipt. Returns must also be received by us PRIOR to your wedding date. Refunds cannot be made on personalized or special order products or after your wedding date has passed. We request that you call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE returning products.
We accept MasterCard and Visa for orders placed on-line. You will note when entering our Check-out that the website address will begin with 'https' (the 's' meaning that the Checkout process is being handled by a secure host) and a small lock in the closed position will appear to the right of this address bar confirming that it is a secure site. This is the same type of secure system used by banks for on-line banking. Once received, orders are processed on a secured system and only a select few staff have access to your information for the purpose of processing your order and payment. Your personal and credit card information are handled with utmost care, privacy and security.
Once you receive our emailed confirmation of your order with the Total Amount Due, you have a Certified Cheque or Money Order prepared and made payable to: The Thank You Company. Please mail it to us at the address shown on your invoice. As soon as your payment arrives, we send you an email to let you know of its receipt and to advise you of your shipping date (your order usually leaves us within 2 business days of receipt of your payment). Please note that all Cheques must be CERTIFIED as we no longer accept uncertified personal cheques.
You are welcome to order minimum quantities (usually one) of any product on our website. Shipping and taxes will be included in your total cost where applicable.
We do not share any email addresses, or personal information in any form with anyone. Our customers are important to us and we respect your privacy. The only time your email address may be used by other than The Thank You Company will be when Canada Post emails you with your tracking number for your order.
If you have set up your account to accept only known email addresses and we are not on your list, our mail will not reach you. We have found that many of our customers who use the above accounts, think that we have not responded to their inquiries and orders. We reply to everyone within 24 hours (or sooner) after receiving your email or order. If you have not received a response, please check your 'junk mail' for our reply. It will come to you under 'info@thankyou.on.ca' or 'thethankyoucompany@rogers.com'
